The TR Scan Compact Z is a state-of-the-art miniature height measuring column designed for non-contact measurements across various materials, including gold, soft, and transparent surfaces. It features intuitive camera controls, adjustable brightness, and can perform measurements on moving parts with high accuracy.
Utilizing Confocal Chromatic Microscopy Point (CCMP) technology, it enables height measurements in areas inaccessible to conventional contact sensors. Its quick and precise X/Y table positioning system and fast Z-measuring capability enhance its efficiency and versatility for diverse applications
The CCMP (Confocal Chromatic Microscopy Point) technology combined with a digital camera allows to visualize the “virtual ball” measurement point on the part. Thanks to this method, height measurements are possible in places that a conventional contact sensor cannot reach.
The optional measuring system on the table (X/Y) allows fast and precise positioning.
The extremely fast Z-measuring system (2000 Hz) allows dynamic height measurements on moving parts.
