3D measurement of large workpieces

Measuring large parts and assemblies accurately is a significant challenge, often requiring specialized equipment. One approach is the use of 3D articulated arms. Trimos A5 and A6 models allows with a measuring range up to 9000 mm to capture detailed 3D data even on extremely large objects.

All arms may be provided with a wireless Bluetooth device, batteries or the two options for a complete wireless portability.

The Trimos measuring arms are known for their strong and stable construction, allowing extremely easy and accurate 3D measurements on these larg parts. Equiped with electromagnetic brake for a safe resting position and strong and stable mechanical balancing system, the accurace of the measurements are assured.
